Film Fundraiser: The Roses

Join us for a  comedy.

The Roses is an upcoming dark comedy film. It is based on the 1981 novel The War of the Roses by Warren Adler, and a remake of the 1989 film. The film explores the unravelling of a seemingly perfect couple, Theo and Ivy, when Theo's career takes a downturn, exposing deep seated resentments and competition within their family. 

The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Olivia Colman, Andy Samberg, and Kate McKinnon

The movie starts at 5.45pm and you can join us from 5pm.  There is a cash bar and we will provide you with a bag of sweets as you enter the theatre.  Raffle tickets are also available with some great prizes -$5 each or 3 for $10. 

Proceeds from the movie and raffle go to our local, district and international projects that make a the world a better place for women and girls.
