Zonta Club of Wellington Dinner Meeting

You are warmly invited to join us at the Zonta Club of Wellington for our monthly dinner meeting - On Tuesday 2 May 2023.

Our speakers this month are: 

Brenda Saris, (PhD, MPhil, MDes, Dip VCD) Programme Manager, Creative and Performing Arts, Whitireia and 

Alice Moore, (BDes)  Tutor, Creative and Performing Arts, Whitireia (BDes)

Brenda has over 20 years’ experience in the design and advertising industries in England, Holland and NZ. Her overarching research interests lie within sociocultural and historic contexts of creativity, creative design process learning, and transnational education. Her research is published in national and international journals.  

Alice is a multidisciplinary design tutor who works across illustration, motion design, animation, publication design and typography. She leads the Creative Technologies China projects. Her work employs both hand and digital technique. Alice is a passionate teacher of visual communication design, encouraging students to discover and develop their own distinct critically informed creative practice
