Diana Minnée has a history of transforming business ambiguity into scalable success. As a Chief Operating Officer to early stage startups, and now a CEO and founder herself, she has spent over 20 years turning ambitious business visions into executable realities for high-growth tech ventures. 

With deep expertise spanning operational strategy, product development and delivery, and optimising all aspects of an organisation, Diana brings both data and human intuition to her work, cutting through complexity, translating strategy into action to build systems that scale .

Diana regularly mentors women in tech, runs a fractional executive network, and thrives in spaces where strategic thinking meets real-world action. She is appreciated for her straight-up, pragmatic attitude, and her ability to find the best path forward.

Currently, she is building her own startup, Ask Astro, focused on leveraging AI to amplify the business leader / advisor relationship so they make more impactful decisions, while still actively advising leaders and contributing to a more connected, equitable technology ecosystem.
